OUR STORY

Wachusett Jazz was founded by Joe Reidy in 2007 to provide small ensemble musical performances to audiences and functions with an emphasis on live background music. Wachusett Jazz performs jazz, blues and popular standards from the classic song book of American Music including hits from the 1940's to the current period with a softer touch that allows you to carry on a conversation in a social setting with out having to shout to each other. Wachusett Jazz is the perfect musical ensemble for your cocktail reception, corporate function, wedding rehearsal, or formal dinner because they realize that they are not the stars of your show. Wachusett Jazz is there to provide a pleasant background atmosphere to your big event.
