Pete McNeaney is the newest member of Wachusett Jazz. Pete received his degree in Music and Education from Westfield State College in Westfield, MA. With broad experience in many bands including The Hofbrau Haus Bavarian Band, The New England Radiators, The Flying Fortress Big Band (which he founded), The Skeletones, New England Swing Orchestra, The Pete McNeany Quintet, The Ted Wirt 5tet, and The Tequila Amigos, Pete brings a style of performance to the band that is in perfect harmony with the philosphy of Wachusett Jazz . Pete has studied with renowned jazz trumpet player Peter Davini.

Joe Reidy, is a trombonist, vocalist and solo acoustic guitarist. He is a member of Mike Girard's Big Swinging Thing, and regularly performs with The Swinging Skeletones, The New England Swing Orchestra, Charles Neville and The Skeletones Big Band, The Tequila Amigos and Briefcase Full of Blues. His main projects are Wachusett Jazz, and his eponymous solo acoustic act. He combines a blend of jazz, blues, rock, funk, folk and latin influences to create a unique style all his own and one that is instantly recognizable. His performance credits include Grace Kelly, The QCC Jazz Ensemble. Charles Neville, James Montgomery, The Stompers, Rock E. Rollins, The Radiators, Jill Connolly and a memorable, novelty New Years Eve appearance with Aerosmith. He was voted Worcester's Best Trombone Player in Worcester Magazine's "Best of Worcester" Reader's Choice Poll in 1979 . Joe studied classical music at The St. Gabriel School of Music in Worcester, MA under the Musical Director, Ernest Riopel and received a BA in Fine Arts from The College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester.
